Dynamic breathwork is a guided breathing meditation that involves conscious control of the breath to help align the body's organs and systems. Patterns of powerful breathing maintained 8-10 followed by long holds. This practice releases your body’s natural supply of brain chemicals that connect us to receptors similar to the action og psychedelics.
Dynamic Breathwork may be used to:
*Improve performance
*Boost the immune system
*Increase focus
*Manifest your intentions

Due to the nature of dynamic breathing, it is not suitable for people with cardiac, respiratory, or seizure conditions. Participants will be asked to sign acknowledgement*
