Let’s build friendships and meaningful connections. Start by stepping out of your comfort zone and engaging in social activities that help reduce stress and support your overall well-being in a fun, uplifting environment.

When you arrive, the host at the door will direct you to our area. I’ll be there to greet you with a welcome hug, provide a name tag, and help you get settled in our designated space.

You’ll be able to order your meal, socialize, and meet other women.

I truly enjoy hosting these events and appreciate the positive, welcoming energy everyone brings. Please ensure to keep the social uplifting, with light group conversations to help everyone get to know one another,

These events are meant to be social and easy-going a space for casual conversation, friendship, and connection, followed by relaxed time to mingle and connect. It is not for discussing personal challenges.

For those who are looking for deeper support or a more private space to navigate personal situations, I offer a membership program through my website that includes a dedicated support group.
