Meier's Creek, 33 Rippleton Cross Rd,, Cazenovia, NY, USThings are heating up at Meier’s Creek! Join us for Chili Fest, a week-long celebration of bold flavors, cozy vibes, and community — Wednesday, January 21 through Sunday, January 25 at our Caz Farm Brewery.
All week long, we’ll be serving up special chili creations and chili-inspired menu features, perfectly paired with your favorite Meier’s Creek brews. Whether you like it mild, smoky, or bring-the-heat spicy, there’s something simmering for everyone.
- All week: Cup or bowl of Chili and Chili Cheese Fries
- Wednesday: Chili Cheese Poutine
- Thursday: Chili Dogs
- Friday: Chili Nacho Platter
- Saturday: Chili Mac
- Sunday: Chili Sloppy Joe
We’ll cap off the week on Sunday, January 25, with special events and festivities you won’t want to miss — because Chili Fest deserves a grand finale 🌶️🍻

Chili Fest: Grand Finale
Meier's Creek, 33 Rippleton Cross Rd,, Cazenovia, NY, USWe’re turning up the heat to close out Chili Fest with a full day of winter fun, community, and celebration at Meier’s Creek!
The day kicks off with the Chilly Chili 5K Race (Meier’s Creek is a proud sponsor!). Runners and supporters are invited to keep the party going with a post-race celebration at the Caz Farm Brewery—because nothing pairs better with a finish line than chili and a cold beer 🏃♂️🍻
At 12PM, bundle up and join us for Snowshoe Sunday with Caz Preservation Foundation, followed by live music from 12–3PM featuring Sydney Irving, setting the perfect soundtrack for a cozy, yet high-energy afternoon.
Of course, chili specials will be flowing all day, as we celebrate the final day of Chili Fest! (Today’s features: Cup or bowl of chili, Chili Cheese Fries, and Chili Sloppy Joe!)
