This class will give you an insight into the Meisner technique. It is designed to encourage you to act from your instincts, express your emotions, be in the moment, listen and connect with your acting partner. You will be introduced to the different steps of the Meisner technique ( repetition exercices, activities, relationship and emotional work, scene work).

This course is opened to actors who want to discover a new acting approach, actors already familiar with Meisner technique who want to work on their craft or non-actor who want to work on their expression.
