Start your morning with intention, movement, and community. Join us for an energizing 7AM Mat Pilates class at Coastal Movement in monterey — a perfect way to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and kick off your day with purpose.

Getting up early isn’t always easy, but we show up because our health matters. Moving our bodies, building consistency, and choosing wellness first thing in the morning is one of the most powerful forms of self-care we can give ourselves. 🌅✨

Bring your pup and come connect with other Black community members for a relaxing dog walk along the beautiful Monterey Bay Coastal Recreation Trail! This is a simple, fun way to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and meet new people while our dogs get some exercise and social time too. 🐶✨

We’ll meet at Lovers Point Beach and walk the trail together at an easy pace — perfect for all dog sizes and energy levels.

Please Remember to Bring:

• Doggy bags
  A secure leash
  Water for your dog
  Optional: a towel, treats, or a jacket for your pup

This meetup is all about connection, community, and making space for joy. Whether you’re new to the area or just want to meet other dog lovers, we’d love to have you!
