Talk 1: Teaching Newbies
by Holger Wolff - Programmer / Atmospheric Modelling at Monash University
Knowing how to do a thing and teaching how to do a thing are very different skills. I will present ideas, methods, and pitfalls on how to teach technical skills to beginners and intermediates.
Talk 2: How easy is it to create an AI to navigate websites?
by Johan Suarez - Electronics Engineer | Software Developer at All Controls Solutions
Since Chat GPT-3 was released, new AI applications, products, and tools have flooded the market, raising the question of how much of the touted capabilities of these AI applications are true. In this presentation I will demonstrate my attempts to create an AI agent that navigates websites and solves puzzle problems, using Semantic kernel, GPT-4o and Playwright.
