Join MelbDjango for "The Great DjangoCon AU Warm Up," an evening of selected talks heading to PyCon AU in August. Experience a taste of the action right here in Melbourne, making knowledge accessible to our local community.

This meetup is a chance for speakers to practice on a home crowd and refine their presentations with our support whilst we get a little taste of what's to come at the DjangoCon AU specialist track. Curtis Maloney will uncover the power of 'HttpRequest: An unsung hero of Django,' while Evan Brumley shares insights on 'Choosing Wisely - How to Pick the Right Third Party Packages for your Project.', and if these talks have got you thinking "Hey, I should give a talk!", we have DjangoCon AU co-organiser Katie McLaughlin finishing the event with their recommendations on how to "Present like a Pro".
