Join us for a transformative day at the Django Girls Adelaide workshop!

This free event, supported by Ackama and Kraken Technologies, is dedicated to empowering women and non-binary individuals with the skills to build their first web application. This workshop will be held in the Minor Works Building, Community Centre in Adelaide.

No prior technical knowledge? No worries, beginners are welcome! The workshop starts with a 1hr virtual Install Party on May 2nd, followed by the main in-person event on May 4th, where you'll dive into HTML, CSS, Python, and Django, guided by the Django Girls tutorial and our friendly mentors who have great experience in the technology space.

With hands-on mentorship, you'll not only learn to code but connect with experts and like-minded learners. This workshop requires a laptop, so please bring yours or connect with your hosts at adelaide@djangogirls.org to enquire about borrowing a laptop if you do not own one.
