What we’re about

It's soccer, but not as you know it. 3-sided soccer, not to be confused with 3-a-side soccer - literally a match of soccer but played with 3 teams and 3 goals instead of 2 and played on a hexagonal pitch instead of a rectangle.

3-sided soccer / football is a fast-paced game of alliance and betrayal as teams compete to concede the least number of goals. It's played over 3 "thirds" and results in matches that are closely scored but much more freeform than many games of even 5-a-side soccer. We play weekly at Albert Park at one of the locations starred below.
Teams are mixed and most players are in their 30s and 40s and of various fitness levels.
If you want more information about the principles of play please see this document.
How to find us -

We meet on one of the pitches behind the pit lane buildings in Albert Park. The main location we use is called "Ian Stewart Field" (Google Map Link). If we aren't there then there may be a couple of other locations, as noted on this dynamic map - generally we will follow in number order.
