This is a chance for the ADHD community to connect and share our experiences. This can also be a chance to engage with a Coach for education. We can meet for socialising, exercise, accountability, and fun. Learn skills, how to establish routines, and supportive structure based on strengths. We can set any agenda we want.

The experience I have had while being an organiser for the group is that people join and are keen and enthusiastic with the concept of meeting other people with ADHD. Then they don't. IT IS HILARIOUS.
This has prompted me to ask for a $20 joining fee. This small amount can create a commitment to be involved. Based on pop psychology and my determination to create a safe place for us to connect, seek support, have fun, and enjoy ourselves.
