Abstract: In this session, we explore the power of the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) by deconstructing a production-ready multi-agent pipeline designed for retail site selection. We will walk through how to orchestrate eight specialized agents—including those for real-time market research with google search, competitor mapping via Google Maps APIs, and quantitative gap analysis using built-in code execution.

Attendees will learn how to leverage Gemini’s reasoning capabilities to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic artifacts, such as executive reports, infographics, and AI-generated audio summaries. Whether you are looking to understand agentic workflows or seeking a blueprint for deploying sophisticated AI systems on Google Cloud, this talk provides a step-by-step guide to building high-impact AI agents from scratch.
