Event-Driven Architectures with Image Processing and Generative AI

This 200-level workshop introduces Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) using AWS services. Participants will build a serverless image processing pipeline with multiple phases, with the opportunity to experiment further. The focus is on configuring event flows between different AWS services, architecting for extensibility, and using features like Generative AI to add value to existing solutions.
Participants should bring their own laptop, and have access to an AWS Account. The workshop will cost less than $2 to complete. Familiarity with AWS Lambda and EventBridge will be beneficial, but not necessary. If access has not already been setup to Claude 3.5 Sonnet, it needs to be configured to complete the final phase of the workshop.
