Generative AI is rapidly evolving from answering questions to executing business processes. In this session, we'll explore how AI Agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Dynamics 365 ERP, Dataverse and Power Platform can work together to automate real-world business operations.
Using a practical business scenario, we'll demonstrate how an AI Agent can understand business intent, retrieve enterprise context through MCP servers, interact with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, update Dataverse records, orchestrate approvals, and complete transactions with governance and security controls.
