The breath is your most powerful tool to keep you grounded and connected in your physical body as you navigate through the shifts, challenges and changes of life. Breathwork is a loving and powerful process of self-healing.

When we consciously connect the breath, we get to feel into deeper parts of ourselves. Revealing what lays in our unconscious to our consciousness.

Through breathwork, old patterns can be revealed and broken to make room for new habits, relationships, and abundance. Conscious breathing has the potential to transform the quality of your life on every level.

    Join me for Breath and Sound Flow, a gentle 45-minute practice designed to help regulate your nervous system, release tension and invite calm and clarity. This nurturing practice also supports boosting your energy and lifting your mood.

    We’ll explore functional breathwork techniques aimed at reducing stress while nurturing emotional and physical well-being. Before we begin, there’s a meditation drop-in - a quiet moment to gently arrive, settle in and connect inward.

    The session concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, rattles, and a tree bell. These carefully chosen instruments create rich, layered tones that assist in fully integrating the breathwork and resting in stillness and presence.

    Held fortnightly, these sessions provide a supportive and welcoming environment to unwind, recharge, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

    Open to all who wish to nurture body, mind and spirit through the healing power of breath and sound. No prior experience needed.

    Wear comfortable clothes

    • Osteoporosis
    • Recent surgery or physical injury
    • Pregnancy
    • Epilepsy or history of seizures
    • Bipolar depression, schizophrenia or psychosis
    • Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician prior to the session

    If you have any contraindications, please get in touch with me before the class. Depending on your specific contraindication, you may still be able to participate - we may need to adjust the breathing techniques to ensure your comfort and safety.

    ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

    Kasia is the founder of Inner Essence Breathwork and has been facilitating breathwork sessions since 2019.

    With extensive training across Europe, Bali, and Australia, she holds Advanced Certification in Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System. Additionally, she's completed Dan Brule’s Breath Mastery Rebirthing breathwork practitioner training intensive.

    She has completed over 600 hours in person breathwork trainings led by some of the world renowned mentors.

    She approaches her healing work from a heart-centered place and she feels incredibly passionate about guiding and supporting individuals on their unique paths to wellness. Having personally experienced the profound benefits of breathwork and witnessed its transformative impact on others, Kasia is driven to share its remarkable healing potential with the world.
