Are you ready to explore the power of your own Breath?
I invite you to join us in a biodynamic breathwork session. We use the breath to process, release, let go and heal. To let go of fear, stress, to call in and manifest the future. When we clear fear, life can take us to a high place of knowing what we desire next for our life!
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
The breath is a powerful tool to keep you grounded and connected in your physical body as you navigate through the shifts, challenges and changes of life. It helps you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotions, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.
Through breathwork, old patterns can be revealed and broken to make room for new habits, relationships, and abundance. It is a loving and powerful process of self-healing.
HOW DOES AN ONLINE BREATHWORK SESSION WORK?
We set the intention and start the session with a short breath awareness meditation; you are guided through gentle breathwork using CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATH at the same time allowing for your own journey to unfold. Creating a space within where you re-connect with your inner truth and a space of remembrance of who you truly are.

CONTRAINDICATIONS (these are considered for your safety):
• Cardiovascular problems, including history of heart attacks
• High or abnormal blood pressure
• Personal or family history of aneurisms
• Glaucoma or retinal detachment
• Osteoporosis
• Recent surgery or physical injury
• Pregnancy
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• Bipolar depression, psychosis, schizophrenia
• Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician prior to the session
CREATING YOUR SPACE AT HOME:
• Please find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed
• You will need a mat to lay on and/or cushions/bolster to sit on
• Wear comfortable clothes, have some blanket(s)
• Do your best to avoid eating anything within at least 1.5-2h prior to session
• Think about an intention for your session, what is holding you back in life? Then be ready to let it go
STEPS TO PREPARE:
• Download Zoom to your laptop/PC/smartphone
• Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
• Turn off your phone and other devices
• Check you have a solid internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience and use a good quality set of headphones or speakers to make sure you can hear the music
