Join us for a weekly Breathwork and Meditation classes designed to teach simple yet powerful breathing techniques to reduce stress, ease anxiety, boost energy, and elevate your mood.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Kasia is the founder of Inner Essence Breathwork and has been facilitating breathwork sessions since 2019.
With extensive training across Europe, Bali, and Australia, she holds Level 1, 2, & 3 certificates in Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System. Additionally, she's completed Dan Brule’s Breath Mastery Rebirthing breathwork practitioner training intensive.
She has completed over 400 hours in person breathwork trainings led by some of the world renowned mentors.
She approaches her healing work from a heart-centered place and she feels incredibly passionate about guiding and supporting individuals on their unique paths to wellness. Having personally experienced the profound benefits of breathwork and witnessed its transformative impact on others, Kasia is driven to share its remarkable healing potential with the world.
