Organisations are being asked to redesign faster. Is organisation design practice keeping up?

At our August meetup, Martin Foster will unpack insights from the Organization Design Forum’s latest global practitioner survey and report, revealing how organisation design is actually being commissioned, practised and evolved.

The findings present an intriguing tension: experienced practitioners, strong craft foundations and senior sponsorship, alongside uneven technology adoption, AI used more to support the work than reshape operating models, and “continuous organisation design” still emerging as a practice.

We’ll explore what is changing, what is not, and what these global findings might mean for Australian organisations.
