The program is compliant with the Lean Practitioner program within the new International Standard for Lean Six Sigma, ISO18404.

Agile combined with Lean is a very powerful methodology across many sectors where quick response to and feedback from customers as well as value added service is paramount.

Program Structure

The program consists of 2 days of workshops and completion of follow up activities. Workshops will be based on use of videos, role play games and lectures. An iterative approach to learn will be used, and preparation through pre-reading and watching videos will is available and advisable.

"Lean is Agile and Agile is Lean".Day 1 Lean - is about learning how to apply all the key lean techniques for visualisation, eliminating waste and improving your current business processes. Day 2 Agile - is about similarly applying all the agile techniques to new product, software and processes development.
