Each participant will:

1. Prepare

• Write a clear update in the task channel before the session.
• Ensure it's understandable to the team.

2. Present

• Share your screen in full-screen mode.
• Read your update from the task thread and explain your progress.
• Show your code, design, or website changes.
• Highlight any challenges or blockers and how you attempted to solve them.
• Discuss what’s next on your task list.

3. Proceed

• Ensure you know your next step before finishing your update.
• Get input from the team if something is unclear.
• Write down the next step in the task thread during the meeting to keep things structured.
