We are excited to have Sirisha Mantha, Data Platforms Team Lead at RMIT University, take us through their journey.

Sirisha has over two decades of experience and expertise in data integration, migration, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Currently, she leads the procedural and technical infrastructure around the design, build, modification, and operations of the Data & Reporting Platforms at RMIT.

Her passion lies in driving innovation using best practices around data ingestion and transformation, including implementing fit-for-purpose tools to evolve the organization’s information management landscape continuously.
