This event is a guided experience where you’ll practice emotional intelligence and self-compassion through structured 1-on-1 conversations . Each person will alternate between being the Listener and the Expresser , with 5 minutes in each role.
As the Expresser , you’ll explore thought-provoking prompts designed to deepen self-awareness and compassion.
As the Listener , you’ll practice listening with empathy and curiosity, without trying to fix or advise.
Through this simple yet profound process, you’ll learn to:
