Shelanous - Four Seasons
Details
Shenalous was recommended to me by a fellow Finer Diner who said it was special and unique. I was convinced, and all the 5 star reviews on their website can't be wrong...
Its booked out months in advance and I have been waiting for spots to open up.
The blurb: "Shelanous is a place built from our love for hospitality, people, and food. Each evening brings people together to enjoy an experience that engages all five senses, and a sixth sense we like to call fun. This is how we make Shelanous (‘Ours’) feel like yours, too.
A world first, Shelanous was the first kosher multi-sensory fun-dining restaurant, an homage to the rich culture of our founders and a unique take on the seasonal, Australian cuisine served within our four walls. If you’re looking for a fun dining experience mixed with that fun dining standard, you’re in the right place. (Note, its no longer Kosher, but I didn't want to correct what they have on their website!).
With a deep-seated passion for hospitality and drawing from diverse backgrounds in the industry, we take you on an unforgettable journey characterised by warm service and exceptional cuisine, paired with thoughtfully selected beverages and an ambiance that engages all five senses".
Its a 10 Course Degustation Menu & Matching Beverages for $295 ($345 on weekends but I couldn't get a booking then anyway...).
You’ll need to send me the full $295 to secure your place, as I've paid in advance. Cancelation Policy: Full Refund 7+ day prior to the event; 50% refund 2-6 days prior to the event.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: Everyone is initially put on the waiting list and will be moved to going when paid. Please wait until I send you a ‘Meetup Message’ to confirm you have a spot and how to pay the $295 before sending payment. Important - if you put your name down, please check back soon to see if you have a spot, and you'll need to pay within 5 days or I'll move to the next person on the waiting list if there is anyone. Hosts are volunteers and chasing people up is frustrating. (And please don’t have your settings blocking messages/chat, because I need to be able to contact you to send these messages).
Also I know Meetup has changed and allows people to be anonymous now, but this being a social group, and in consideration of how I put a table of people together, and indeed for safety, I can't take anyone whom has this setting. I hope that makes sense.
