During this journey, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the essentials of working with sound for:

• Leading Private or Group Sound Baths & Sound Meditations
• Enhancing Yoga or Meditation
• Incorporating Sound-Based Therapies into Your Holistic, Massage, Medical, or Wellness Practice
• You’ll also get hands-on experience with singing bowls & tuning forks learning how each modality supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

This workshop is more than just learning technique—it’s about connecting with the sacred power of sound as a tool for transformation & greater health.

Whether you're new to sound work or a long-time practitioner, the Sound Medicine course is open to all levels of experience. No prior knowledge or pre-purchased tools are required to attend.

You do NOT need any singing bowls or other tools to attend this training.

Throughout this immersive experience we will look closely at the role of sound in our lives and how we can incorporate it into a meditative practice, as well as utilize the energy to change the vibration of ourselves or others.

Sound baths & vibrational therapy sessions can help someone access deep states of meditation and relaxation, decrease anxiety & depression, as well as bring well-being to body, mind, and soul because sound-wave frequencies have the ability to break up blocked energy, stuck emotions, and affect the energetic & physical body in many profound ways.

This Journey Into Sound Training is open to ALL LEVELS of experience!

There will be an opportunity to purchase singing bowls after the event.
