Tibetan Meditation Masters say that a New Moon is the perfect time to get in touch with our Higher Self. But, it is also a wonderful time to utilize the increasing energy of the moon by channeling it into what we wish to create or build in our life.

During this meditation, you may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion. Just make yourself as comfortable as possible as we embark on this meditative journey of healing, relaxation, & connection.

Crystal & Tibetan Bowls will be played during the entire meditation. And there will be a little bit of guidance, as well.

Afterwards, we will set our intentions and plant them in the ether of the universe by burning them in a fire pot during our intention setting ceremony.

If you've never experienced a bowl meditation this is sure to be an event you will not want to miss.
