Join us for a transformative Full Moon Sound Bath Meditation, a deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to help you shed stress, release negativity, and reconnect with your inner balance.

For centuries, spiritual traditions across the world have honored the full moon as a sacred time for reflection and renewal. In many teachings it is believed that meditation during a full moon holds amplified energy and offers profound spiritual benefits. It is said that the Buddha himself attained enlightenment under the light of a full moon.

Whether you’re looking to release old patterns, let go of limiting beliefs, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening of inner stillness, this event is your opportunity to recalibrate and realign.

We’ll begin indoors with a guided Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Meditation to ease you into a deep state of relaxation. Let the vibrations wash over you and gently shift your brain into calm, meditative states.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned—ready to embrace the next step with peace and purpose.

We will begin in Aquarian Dreams with a Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation to help us relax & get into a deeper meditative state. Then, if the weather permits you may join us as we go out across the street to the beach and end with a RELEASING CEREMONY & silent meditation under the moon.

You may want to bring a towel/mat to sit on.
