Welcome to Melbourne games by the Ludos Guild, Home to the best Tabletop gaming experiences in Melbourne.

I remember how important having friends around to play tabletop games was for me during Melbourne's lockdowns.
I was working a lot, then went home to be couped up there, every day, with weekends as my only opportunity for reprieve.
Thankfully, I had a games group filled with friends. Thanks to them, I had a break from monotony work and let enjoy social shenanigans and tell stories together every week.

Years later, I put this group together to run, play and share tabletop games with new friends: who are helping run events of their own here. 🥳

If your hoping to build out your social circle, play boardgames, and try D&D, you have come to the right place! 🌟

You can join our Boardgame nights, and be guided by our hosts for a night of table games around new friends.

You can join a party of curious strangers in a role-play games like Dungeons & Dragons and others, sessions running for complete beginners. 🐣

We put a lot of effort in to making our nights sociable, inspiring and fun. ✨✨✨

Our boardgame hosts do their best to attend to first timers to get you comfortably in a game quickly, no matter the skill level. 🤸🏽

Our Game Masters for D&D lead you and 5 others through 3.5hrs of their Fantasy Roleplaying Game, featuring everything from Riddles, Betrayal and even Horror. ☠️

But this group is not for everyone. ⛩️

We all have regulars and friends in this space, and we strive to protect our community.

Dungeons and Dragons 5e *Beginners Night in Southbank Saturday

D&D5e: Heroic Fantasy role play.
New Updates:

After Game Dinns. We start packing up around 8:25 to grab dinner from a nearby restaurant around 8:30pm.
Donations. We are now taking donations, QR codes to our Ko-Fi will be around.
Looking for another GM (know someone? message me)

We run 1-3 tables of DnD one-shots. Jope (organizer) is often running, and will take the newest people.

What to Expect:

3-hour sessions filled with roleplay and problem-solving with your party
Dice and character sheets ready for you to jump straight in
An Organiser to message new people about the event. WARNING: failing to respond to this message in a timely manner will get you removed from the RSVP list. I recommend you check your messages.

What to Bring:

-Yourself
-Snacks to share, dice, and other accessories are appreciated but not necessary

2 Strike Policy
Late-leavers: attendees who cancel within 24 hours of the event.
No-shows: attendees who mark themselves as “going” but don’t turn up.

Someone who does either of these once will be forgiven but flagged.
On a second offence, they will be removed.
Long-time regulars will be afforded some leniency.
Legitimate reasons will be considered for leniency.

We have a library of games that we think will suit players who are relatively new to Boardgames and prefer more social games.

Yourself! Feel free to bring any games of your own and snacks but neither is necessary to having an enjoyable time with us (no alcohol permitted).

What we will bring:
We will bring our library of games that we think will suit players of all experience and taste, some snacks, tap water is available.
