This is a free, social, beginner-friendly group workout for anyone who wants to move their body, break a sweat, and meet some like-minded people — without pressure or intimidation.

We meet once a week for a simple, fun HIIT-style session using a mix of bodyweight movements and simple equipment. Everything is optional and scalable, so you can go at your own pace. This is a fun, social community group getting active together outdoors.

What to expect: • Light warm-up • Easy-to-follow HIIT circuits • Rest breaks and modifications • Friendly, social vibe
