A Yoga class to nourish both mind and body, open to all levels. Blending asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation for a holistic approach to wellbeing. Slow vinyasa style yoga to stretch and strengthen the body, followed by gentle yin yoga to support the nervous system, the sliding scale for donation ($5-$30) invites you to contribute. join us for a session that will leave us grounded, refreshed and connected.
