Join Us for the First InterPlay Session of the Year!

Let’s kick off the year together with a joyful return to InterPlay! We’ll continue our tradition of gathering on the last Saturday of each month, diving into forms that invite self-exploration, authentic connection, and artistic expression.

With fresh inspiration from three magical days of SummerPlay, I’m excited to sprinkle some of that stardust into our time together :) SummerPlay has, once again, shown me that InterPlay is a spiritual journey that continues to reveal new insights and gifts each time we engage with it.

Whether you’re brand new to InterPlay or have been playing for years, this session welcomes all levels. It’s also a great time to bring along a friend who could benefit from the playful, grounding, and transformative nature of InterPlay.

What is InterPlay?
InterPlay is a practice that blends improvisational movement, sound, storytelling, and the stillness in between. It helps us tap into our body-wisdom, untangle stuck energy, sparks creativity, and creates space for authentic expression to emerge.

It’s a space for connection—through words, movement, and everything in between and beyond!
