This a basic agile scum primer course, and is mainly attended by those who do not understand the basics of the values and principles, and also wish to learn the tools of Kanban, Scrum, and the iteration, Standup etc. And how they can be applied to their specific business / technology areas.

I cover all the agile roles of Scrum master, team member, product owner and stakeholders in an agile initiative, as well as use of the agile timboxes and artifacts.

It is also good for IT professionals and executives who have yet to make the transition and wish to know how it will enhance their teams working, throughput, quality, teaming and risk reduction.

The course ware is sent out ahead of the course by Knowledgehut, for your review such that we can get right into the detail on the day. It may prompt questions around agile and its application to your specific areas that I can then blend into the course on the day, along with other student requests. Some of the feedback from other students that have attend the course and we regularly score a satisfaction rating of 4.5-5 out of 5.

After the course I will give participants a free 1 hour 1:1 to make sure that you have taken full advantage of your educational investment, and how you may start to use it in practice. This is a good primer course for those who wish to go on and become certified as a Scrum Master (CSM), BA / Team member (CSD) or Product Owner (CPO) through certified training organizations aligned with the international Scrum Alliance, who recently held their Scrum Australia conference and workshops in Melbourne.
