Sarah Jacobson is the Director of Knowledge Management at MinterEllison. Formerly an M&A lawyer, Sarah has spent the last 6 years working in legal operations and knowledge, finding better ways to deliver legal services to clients through digital transformation. Sarah is passionate in finding better ways to create, share, use and transfer knowledge through shifting cultural behaviours. She is certified in AgilePM, Design Thinking and has an MBA in Change Management.
