Speaker's Bio
Mehrnoush Salepour is an Innovation and Generative AI Enablement Lead with Group Risk and Compliance at HSBC, based in Hong Kong. She works with change leaders across the organization to foster a culture of innovation, embrace AI adoption, and embed agility in their ways of working.
Mehrnoush has diversified experience in spearheading digital transformation and business improvement. As a design thinking practitioner, Mehrnoush is known for delivering creative and quality outcomes, facilitating collaboration amongst diverse stakeholders to innovate in highly complex matrix organizations.
With a passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she has led key diversity initiatives both globally and locally in the organisation.
Mehrnoush has a bachelor's degree in software engineering and holds two Masters in IT and Commerce from Deakin University Melbourne.
She is a guest lecturer with City University of Hong Kong, educating young minds on the importance of inclusive design in the age of AI.
