Melanie is Associate Director at MSD Pharmaceuticals, leading professional development and knowledge management (KM) strategies for the Digital Manufacturing Operations team. A scientist, KM expert, and Innovation Coach, she drives global productivity, compliance, and improvement. Melanie’s academic background includes a BSc, a First-Class Honours in Leadership Development, and an Executive MBA in progress.
With prior roles at Pfizer and MSD, she has embedded effective KM practices, blending technical expertise with innovative digital solutions. A dyslexic thinker, Melanie brings a unique perspective to collaboration, problem-solving, and advancing KM globally. She looks forward to sharing her insights at the KM Symposium.
