High performing organisations share a common trait. They have communities where problems are solved out in the open, leaders engage directly with employees, and insights travel faster than hierarchy. These communities are not accidental. They are designed, nurtured and measured.

In this session, Cai Kjaer will show how the world’s most effective Viva Engage communities drive real business value through better connection, faster decision-making and stronger culture. Using global benchmarking data from SWOOP Analytics, he will reveal the specific behaviours that lift engagement (like asking more questions and @mentioning colleagues) and the warning signs that a community is beginning to stall. He will also share a practical framework for helping communities thrive over time, supported by data not guesswork.

Cai Kjaer is CEO and co-founder of SWOOP Analytics, working with major enterprises to improve collaboration and communication on Microsoft 365. Expect insights you can apply immediately to help your organisation build communities that work.

This event is hybrid with Cai joining online from Sydney.
