### The mindset of expertise: celebrating what we know
Many people hesitate to share their knowledge because they do not see themselves as experts. In this session, Alison Bulbeck explores the mindsets that influence how expertise is recognised, valued and shared. Drawing on her Knowledge Summit Dublin presentation, she will examine barriers such as impostor syndrome and discuss practical ways to make expertise more visible and useful within organisations.
### About Alison Bulbeck
