Making the invisible visible; a fun and fast knowledge mapping exercise

Details
Agenda:
Description:
Knowledge is the most important production factor of (almost) every organization. Knowledge can be both explicit and tacit. Most knowledge in organizations is tacit knowledge. This knowledge is available in the people in the organizations. People in organizations navigate this tacit knowledge from their personal networks. In large organizations it takes a lot of time to build such a network and it’s inherently flawed because you can never know everyone.
That’s why we have developed an approach to map the collective informal knowledge network. In this meeting, I will present our knowledge mapping vision and we will collectively build (your) knowledge network during the workshop phase.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT AND FILL OUT THIS FORM SO YOU CAN BE ISSUED A GURUSCAN LOGON BEFOREHAND. This will be a hybrid event so you can logon from home as well and join in the hands-on workshop.
