Learn Javascript Class (Part 3 of 5 Web Dev Series)

This is class 3 of 5 for the Web Development Series of classes. These classes should give you the basics for building your own website, making a web application, building the server side scripting for Internet of Things projects, or even mobile web applications for tablets and smartphones.

In this specific class we'll cover the Javascript programming language and how to use the jQuery framework so you don't have to write so much code to do really cool things! Javascript is the language that runs in every web browser and makes a website do things like change the size of a button when you hover your mouse over it, automatically change pictures every few seconds, pop up messages to the user asking for input, and other fancy things. Javascript also makes web pages act more responsive like an actual desktop application using things like AJAX (Asynchronous Javascript and XML).
