Metal Rose Class

Come take a class in making a rose out of aluminum sheet metal, brass rod, and potentially other metals.

Skills you’ll learn include:

• metal shop safety,
• layout,
• straight and curved cutting,
• power sanding to dress edges,
• hammer texturing,
• heat annealing,
• forming/sculpting the petals, and
• demonstrations in lathe machine work.

Due to the limited number of tool sets we have, this class is limited to 5 students.
