Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome!
- Introduction: A brief and welcoming introduction.
- Guided Breath Focus Meditation: A gentle, 20-minute guided Breath focus meditation session to help you quiet your mind and connect with the present moment.
- Shared Experience & Connection: After the session, we'll share our experiences and in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Following the Session:
- Delicious Lunch: Conclude the event with a tasty lunch, providing an opportunity to connect and chat.
We'll be heading to Soi 38 Melbourne for lunch. They have plenty of space to accommodate our group, and everyone will be responsible for purchasing their own meal.

- Venue: Fitzroy Gardens - Directly opposite The Conservatory (see pinned location)
- Feel free to bring a yoga mat, though we encourage you to connect with the ground directly.
