What to Expect:
- Warm Welcome & Grounding: We start with a brief centering exercise to ensure you feel safe and connected.

- Deep Breathing & Balloon Meditation: Experience the calming power of rhythmic breath and guided visualization to release stress.
- Tapping & Affirmation Practice: Learn gentle tapping techniques to reset your nervous system while affirming your inner strength.

We’ll gather just inside Gate D at Royal Botanic Gardens (Birdwood Ave Entrance) at 9:50 AM and walk together to a peaceful grassy space near the lake for our 10 AM start. Look for me with a yoga mat and soft, welcoming energy :)
