Due to scheduling conflicts, we're back at YBF this month.

Since people were quite interested in VR hardware development, I've invited a local company who is building their own VR peripherals to give this month's talk :)

Curious, insightful & innovative with spark of inspiration, Yifeng Chen, founder of Darkspede, is always on the mission to bring people together by exploiting technology. He believes the purpose of technology is not to produce distance but to serve as a tool to forge the bond between people.

His research project, Touchpoint, a Moment in Time algorithm to create instant private and secure network for a group of devices to share data, was sponsored by Pongolabs, and won the 2015 iAwards Victoria while completing his Master of IT program at RMIT and later joined Pongolabs as a product engineer.

After years of exploration at wonderland, he takes off with a group of brilliant minds, to this new venture to opening possibilities of interaction and cooperation on the vessel of virtual reality, the venture he gladly shares with people on the voyage to expanding the potential of VR.
