Welcome current and future pickleball players!
Come play the sport which is taking the United States of America by storm. Think Tennis, Badminton and Table Tennis combined into one! Pickleball can be played by most ages and abilities. Games are played on a badminton size court with wood or composite plastic paddles and a wiffleball.
Pickleball’s growing popularity can be attributed to its low impact but often high stakes matches. It is considered a “social sport'' as learning how to play usually takes only 15-30 mins. Matches are played either as a single or doubles.
Melbourne Pickleball Meetup takes place at the Flagstaff Tennis Courts in the Melbourne CBD.
Paddles and Balls are provided.
Recommended Clothing: Tennis Shoe or athletic court shoe. Comfortable clothing that allows for movement.
Cost: $10 per person. Payment to be made upon RSVP to secure your spot (link will be provided via DM) Player waiver must be signed prior to commencing activity.
