Qigong in the park near the beautiful Lemon Scented Gum.
• What we'll do
Qigong Class
A range of Movement, Walks and Stillness to build, balance and store Qi (lifeforce).
Movements often include, the Great Stork, Silk Brocade, Universal Circle, Health and Well Being Walk, 6 secret Healing Sounds, 9 Rings, Yin and Yang Balance stance, and many more to select from.
• What to bring
BYO chair or mat for stillness (like meditation). Its outdoors, so BYO water, coat and scarf or hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to suit the weather.
• Important to know
Classes are free
