Sacred Dance Yoga is a fluid practice that blends yoga with elements of Indian classical dance, breath, and elemental movement. Through mudras, drishti (eye focus), and intentional transitions, the practice becomes a moving meditation where strength, grace, and storytelling meet.

Rather than separating yoga and dance, Sacred Dance Yoga allows the body to move with both structure and freedom, grounding in traditional asana while inviting expressive gestures and elemental flow. The result is a practice that cultivates presence, creativity, and deep connection between body, breath, and awareness.
