Magic, Illusion, Power, and Gender - February meeting

Join the MSS for our first meeting of 2026, to explore the themes of 'Magic, Illusion, Power, and Gender' which will thread through our readings and discussions this year. We will kick off the meeting with a viewing of the 'Upstart Crow' episode on 'Macbeth', which will lead into an overview of this year's MSS programme and a discussion of representations of witches and magic in the plays of Shakespeare and fellow playwrights.
