Planetarium Nights: Distant Worlds: Alien Life? at Melbourne Planetarium
Details
Join me for a fulldome film under the stars at the Melbourne Planetarium in Spotswood. On Friday 11 September we're heading along to Distant Worlds: Alien Life? (52 min) — a beautiful planetarium film exploring one of the oldest questions we've ever asked: are we alone? The Universe is filled with billions of stars and planets, and Earth is still the only place we know for sure is inhabited.
We'll meet outside the Planetarium gates at 7:00pm for a quick hello, head in around 7:15pm to scan tickets and find seats, and the film starts at 7:30pm. It wraps up around 8:30pm, which is where the meetup finishes.
This is a casual social meetup so we can go along together — it isn't run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Museums Victoria or Scienceworks. Please book your own ticket directly with them. An RSVP here is not a ticket and doesn't include entry.
Planetarium Nights is an 18+ event.
