Eat Well to Age Well
Details
Join me for a free public lecture on how what we eat affects how we age – for both body and brain.
The talk is hosted by the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Science as part of the Nutrition Society of Australia's 50th Annual Scientific Meeting celebrations. A/Prof Sandra Iuliano will cover eating well for a healthy body, and A/Prof Helen Macpherson will cover eating well for a healthy brain.
We'll meet inside the Kenneth Myer Building at the ticket scanning spot at 5:00pm, say hello, then head into the Ian Potter Auditorium together for the lecture at 5:15pm.
This is a casual social meetup so we can go along together – it isn't run by or affiliated with the University of Melbourne or the Nutrition Society of Australia. The lecture is free, but you'll need to reserve your own ticket on Eventbrite. A Meetup RSVP does not include entry.
