Klara and the Sun Movie Night at Eclipse Cinema Collingwood

Join me for a Friday night at the movies to see Klara and the Sun, Taika Waititi's film adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro's novel, with Jenna Ortega as Klara, an Artificial Friend looking for the right home, alongside Amy Adams. It opens in Australian cinemas on 22 October, so we'll be catching it in its first couple of days.

We'll meet at the Eclipse Cinema ticket booth in Collingwood at 6:40pm, say hello, then head in together for the 7:00pm session. Once the film's over, anyone keen can grab a bite nearby.

A Meetup RSVP does not include a movie ticket – please book your own directly with the cinema.

Timeline

• 6:40pm – Meet at the Eclipse Cinema ticket booth and say hi
• 6:50pm – Head in and get seated
• 7:00pm – Movie starts
• 9:00pm – Movie ends and the meetup finishes (optional dinner nearby for anyone keen)
