WHAT TO EXPECT
The Geelong Eastern Park and Botanic Gardens, located in Geelong, Victoria, Australia, is a historic and beautifully landscaped area known for its stunning collection of plants, trees and rich history.

This 5 km loop walk is generally considered an easy route, and should take an average of 1.5 hours to complete and will take place along the Geelong waterfront as well as within the Geelong Eastern Park. it will also offer some amazing views of both the water and Geelong city at night.

START TIME AND MEET LOCATION
Meeting Location: Geelong Giant Sky Wheel, Eastern Beach Reserve Foreshore Carpark, Geelong

Meeting Time: Arrive 5.50pm for a 6:00pm SHARP Departure. The walk should finish around 7.45pm.

WHAT TO BRING
- Water (at least 1-2L)
- Snack food for the hike
- Money for a celebratory drink and/or food afterwards at the Sailors Rest

WHAT TO WEAR
- Comfortable Walking Shoes
- Comfortable Weather Suitable Clothing (check weather the night before).
- Hat / Sunglasses & Sun Protection

FINISH
The Hike should take around 1.5 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing and for photos.
We finish back where we started
