Hi,

Alan will take us for one of his local tours along the coast kicking off from Carrum station! We'll head South on the Caulfield-Frankston rail Trail passing Seaford and Kananook Station's before getting into Frankston. Here we'll pick up the Frankston-Baxter Trail heading East for a few kilometres before heading North on the Peninsula Link Trail through Frankston North and onto and past Patterson Lakes. From here we will continue North alongside Well's Road (Mix of bike path and service roads) until Edithvale Road, a quick loop around Edithvale Wetlands before heading South on the Longbeach trail. When he hit the river, West along the river trail and return back into Carrum and choose a suitable spot for coffee! (If people are keen on the day, we should be able to wrestle Alan into a coffee break mid ride about halfway!)

See the RWGPS map here:

We will kick off from Carrum Railway Station @ 8.30am. Meet on the bike path just outside the Station alongside Station Street (Just opposite Aldi). Look out for Alan on his Orange Trek and Harvey on a black Giant.

There are trains into Carrum as follows as of checking today:
*From CBD - arriving at 08.21am departing Flinders 07.27am
*From Frankston - arriving 08.21am departing Frankston 08.12am

We will monitor the trains - originally was planned for sat 21st but the Frankston line is closed that weekend! It should only be for that weekend so all good for the 28th fingers crossed!
